A Rich Recovery

Instead, a quick, natural sugar and hydrating mix will calm those twitching muscles and give your mind and body the energy it needs to get through the day. Ingredients:

  • 1 red, sweet apple (I use gala apples)

  • 1 whole cucumber (peeled, with the ends cut off)

  • 1 cup of assorted frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 2 sprigs of mint (just the leaves!)

  • 1/2 lime squeeze

Recipe

1.     Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.

2.     Add more of less milk for desired thickness.

3.     Pour and Enjoy!

Freeze the leftovers for a snack later on, or during your meal prep for an upcoming event!
